Jazaki Allah khair in the dunya and the akhirah for putting the time to find this article for me..I read it from beginning to end...and I have made a search on the issue altogether as well..to be honest..I'm getting a headache..but one side *is* getting the upper hand and sounding more sound to me than the other..I still have more research to make however..and inshallah I will get to the bottom of this soon
