You will see Oil more expensive then just $15 in the future especially when many Oil wells are drying up.

oil wells arent drying up, thats not going to happen for ages, its all to do with supply keeping up with demand.

Oil wells are actually drying up the recent one was in Kuwait, But many countries already have reserves which they stock pile in case it comes to it.
