10 oz self raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
10 oz sugar
10ozmargarine
2/3 eggs use your own judgement on consistency
Beat all thse together then add
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons lemon curd
Bake in a oven on gas mark 3 for 45mins-1 hour
Leave to cool then to decorate
1 small tub of philladelphia cream cheese
rind of lemon
3 tablespoons icing sugar
Mix together in a bowl then smoother on top of your cake and add lemon if desired. Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
