Assalam aliekum

I asked my students (99% Kuwaiti) what are some traditional Kuwaiti foods, and the only one they could come up with was machbous (a rice & chicken dish)! Everything else they listed was noticeably from another culture!

I do know that Kuwaitis eat lots of fish, especially hamour (which is grouper in English) and zubaidy (silver pomfret). The spicing I don't know, because I don't like a lot of spices. Plain food for me, thank you very much!
