Post as little or as often as you like!! There are no rules on that! But, obviously, all forums benefit from regular postings and contributions from a wide range of people :-D

THere are NO chat rooms here, Also i advise people not to go to those so called Islamic websites which have chatrooms, as the people there are not knowledgeable at all and teach false beliefs.
