To give thanks to Allah, The One, The First and The Last.

Thank You:
For my feet so i may walk on Your earth.
My legs so i may run and play.
My stomach so i may feel hunger and then be full with what You have provided.
Our Provider!
My lungs so i may breathe in the air of this world and the next life.
My heart so i may feel, so i may yearn to be closer to You.

Thank You:
For my hands so i may praise You.
My arms so i may comfort those close to me.
Our Comforter!
My mouth so i may speak the truth, Your Truth.
My nose so i may smell the beauty you have given us.
For You are the Originator.
My eyes so i may see the blessings You have bestowed upon us.
My ears so i may hear the Glory of the Holy Qur'an.

Thank You for everything, O Allah. All praise and thanks are due only to You
Our Creator, Our Guide.

I wrote this a couple of days ago. While i was praying this poem came into my thoughts, so Masha'Allah here it is.
