This still has me rolling and laughing. I will post the link below. France does not publish demographics that include color. However, a medical report disclosed that half the births in France are Black and the other half are Muslim. Alhumdullila.

Three things: This claims its the babies in Paris, not all of France. also, it makes it sound like the only babies born in France, or Paris, are black or arab, which is impossible. It also only mentions Arabs, not Muslims.

But its still interesting. It seems strange to ban statistics on race. Do they think that will make them less racist? What a joke lol.

I did not take the news item very seriously. The map and the wording were somewhat confusing...but alas, so are the French.

Decades ago when I lived in Paris..the French use the word Arab and Muslim interchangeably. And the street expression for Arab ( l'bara) was always offensive.

My experiences led me to understand that the French hate everyone except themselves. In those days I did not cover...and they thought I was French.

And I do agree if 54% of the births are black..and the 46% are Arab...what happened to the continental lovers...blank bullets..I guess.

I have always hated statisctis. I slept through undergraduate and when I had to take more and more stat. during graudate school..I knew I was being punished.
