Dear All,

I am writing this with quick hands so I cannot assure that it will make much sence, However I shall try my best Inshallah.

It seems to me, that people are having so much fun in the TTI Games Section, Mashallah... BUT what are these games really?

Perhaps for a second or two, they make you laugh, make you think, make you respond...

I mean it's easier responding to "Have You Ever....?" than to say... "Is this Permissable.....?"

And it's a very good thing that my brothers and sisters are all taking, giving, or recieving Fatawas seriously... but as we all enjoy getting our feelings and opinions out, many times these can be vented in the Games section.

Therefore... seeing the popularity of this area... I have decided to add a New sort of 'GAME'. It came to me, while I was sitting and reading some Hadith and I thought "Subhanallah... these are so beautiful and I could completely relate!!"

So here goes Inshallah... Take any Ayah from the Quran or Hadith... (please if it is Hadith post where it is from i.e. Bukhari, Muslim, Bayhaqi... etc.)

THEN write HOW this hadith affected you... HOW you can relate to it... OR JUST WHY YOU LIKED IT!!!

Don't try to translate please unless it is commentary from a scholar, but just comment on how you liked it... why and stuff like that...

Inshallah this is a test run... lets see how it goes... I would post a Hadith right now... it's right... downstairs ;) so I can't get it now... but as soon as I am able, I shall Inshallah.

Until that time... I hope someone else posts here...

(btw... if anyone could come up with a better title I would be grateful, as of yet... I can't think of one... :( )

Assalamu alaykum.

I am reposting underneath to put this Hadith... wow... that up there is very colorful, more so than I realized...

Here is My First One:

Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 64, Number 276:
Narrated Al-Aswad bin Yazid:

I asked 'Aisha "What did the Prophet use to do at home?" She said, "He used to work for his family, and when he heard the Adhan (call for the prayer), he would go out."

I like it because it shows how beautifully our Prophet Muhammad (saws) handled things... He was the Messenger of Allah yet still took time to help his family... at home...

Taking away from the presumption that it is only 'woman's' work...

I added another one because this one was sooooo sweeeeet!!

Sahih Bukhari Volume 8, Book 75, Number 317o:
Narrated Anas:

that the Prophet said, "For every prophet there is an invocation that surely will be responded by Allah," (or said), "For every prophet there was an invocation with which he appealed to Allah, and his invocation was accepted (in his lifetime), but I kept my (this special) invocation to intercede for my followers on the Day of Resurrection."

May we be one of those who recieve this intercesion!

By the way: Sahih Bukhari (http://www.witness-pioneer.org/vil/hadeeth/bukhari/index.htm)

(i actually meant to post another one... but at the current moment it's not on the Internet at hand... so when I get time I'll have to type it... :) )

Wassalam.

The ayah in the qu'ran that strikes me everytime i hear it or read it is from Surat Al-Waq3a...ayahs 83-ayahs 86
( pasted from ayah 80 below)
80. A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds.

81. Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem?

82. And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false?

83. Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,-

84. And ye the while (sit) looking on,-

85. But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,-

86. Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,-

87. Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)?

This surah I memorized it maybe a month after my brother died...I know how to read arabic but I usually do not understand it...then my mom explained it to me (she usually does) and she told me that when she was in the hospital with my brother, that ayah kept on going through her head...how she was sooo close to him, right there by his bed, but allah was still closer and that no one can stop death...whenever I hear this ayah I think not just about death but my brother...Rabina yarhamu
Allah save us all when our time comes..

Salam
