Mr George Bush isn't the most smartest guy in the world but even he knows that what is happening in Iraq is nothing short of civil war. IT IS CIVIL WAR!He knows as well as anyone else. Whether he admits or not, it doesn't make much of a difference for the people of Iraq

I think you mean to say the US and British government. The majority of people in the UK were against the war in the first place and the tide of public opinion has long changed in America (against the war). Like I've said before. Bush and Blair know perfectly well that this is civil war. However, they will never say that in public as it means admitting they were wrong to invade Iraq in the first place.
