The Qur'an

[All4Allah]

On the bookshelf covered with dust the Qur'an wich I never touched
Its the Qur'an our Holy Book, I never gave it a look
With quilt in my heart i take it in my right hand
These are the words of Allah wich i didnt understand
I removed the dust with a blow
Thinking; was i a true believer or was it for show?
I opened the Qur'an but the words i didnt know
Never tried to learn arabic in all these waste years
Always wasted my time and now im in tears
Tears are dripping on the pages
I felt such a strong nur/light i didnt felt for ages
All this time missed out the rewards i could have get
I spend my life in forget and neglect
We are all on the edges of our lifes
Soon we will be passing away
How will we be answerable to Allah, what will we say?
We dont have the quarantee to be alive the next day
So I put the Qur'an close to my heart and started to pray
Alhamdulillah,Insha'Allah i will never again lose this straight way

I represent a small Muslim society in Queensland and we have an annual publication of which I'm the editor. Is anyone willing to let us use some of the articles and pictures that appear on the website in our magazine? I am also looking for pictures and graphics of modern Islamic art on canvas, nature etc. I would like to use it on the cover of the magazine, again there is always a cover reference. Naturally I will be editing the articles somewhat but never taking away the essence of the message. I will also put the contributors pen/screen name on the published article. If it is a hadith or a quote from the Qu'ran, it should have the correct reference please.

I would appreciate your feed back on this.
