A recitation by sheikh Dr. Ahmed Issa Al-Ma'sa'ra'we of verses 106-123 of Surat Al-Baqarah. There is an English translation of the verses meaning.
Sheikh Al-Ma'sa'ra'we is the current head of Al-Azhar committee that review Mushaf (i.e., copy of Qur'an) for any mistakes before they are published. When a publisher send a copy of Mushaf to be approved by the committee, the sheikhs in the comittee will review that copy letter for letter to prevent any mistake from slipping in (there are less than 20 sheikhs in this committe). Sheikh Al-Ma'sa'ra'we is also the current head of mosques recitation schools in Eygpt. He has Qur'an recitation E'gaza (certification) in the ten major and minor recitation schools (Qira'at). He is a professor of Hadith at College of Education at Al-Azhar University in Eygpt.
