As I am from the UK, this was startling news and depressing, What kind of 'convert' was this woman?? Did she not have respect and love and mercy for the children- surely something Islam gives, by enriching your life. I hope she is jailed for murder!

This is so stupid. Why point out that these neglectful parents are Muslim? One of the captions read "convert Muslim" and I am still trying to determine why that has anything to do with parents starving their children to death? This is blantant stereotyping and I grow so weary of this form of press.

You are right Sarah, a while ago when that happened that father raped his own daughter, keept her in basement and had with her 7 kids in Austria , no one said Catolich or christian...???
Why they have to say, kids were forced to wear muslim clothing ? They force their kids into religion before they even talk ! They are right for that, but why to point on something that they do also ?They have Hate toward Islam, but as much as they hate Islam, Islam will grow, and grow, and grow... May Allah s.w.t., make us better muslims and good example to the others insha'Allah, and may He Almighty help us dealing with those who hate us !
