Well, I just don't understand technology! Can anyone tell me how to get MP3 nasheed downloads to my phone, preferebly free? I feel thick...

You most probably have something called bluetooth on your phone and you may or may not have it on your comp/laptop.

If you do have bluetooth on both things you can send the files this way - you need to put one device in 'dicoverable' mode and set one to 'search for devices' then just follow the instructions in your mobile phone manual/on screen.

If you dont have bluetooth on your comp/laptop then you can transfer the files via cable. With your mobile phone you prob got a cable - one end goes into the phone and the other usually goes into the USB port on your comp. There might be a CD with your phone so you'll have some software on there (just pop the CD in and let it run) which will let you do all sorts of stuff including transfering stuff btw comp and mobile.
