A simple but important question..Is Harrods KNIGHTBRIDGE teddy bear biscuits HALAL?? Because it's given from a friend of mine who went to London for a holiday..

The ingredients as stated: wheat flour, sugar, butter (24%), cocoa powder (3%), raising agents: diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate.
