It might be due to lack of flour. Put more flour, inshAllah it will turn soft

More flour? Oh I didn´t know that brother likes to bake.
My tips are that at the first make sure your ingredients are warm already. Usually soft dough is better than too hard (so not so much flour than brother prefers), but it also has to be enough tough. Add just enough flour to get a soft, no too sticky dough. Cover the bowl tightly and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size.
I have sended here before one baking recipe, even it is not bread one, but basic principles are quite similar.

What brand of dry yeast did you buy? It usually says on the packets or jars. I don't know where you live but in the states if you go to walmart and get the yeast packets use one packet
Salaam,
You can buy yeast at a supermarket. Do not use dry yeast. For some reason dry yeast is very sensitive to temperture..Walmart sells it.

I don´t know what kind of owen you use. Could you put large pan full of water to owen during you bake your bread? It gives more freshresh to them.
By the way, could you also give recipe of your breads to us. Without it, it is difficult to say what is wrong.

i usually use dry yeast because fresh yeast isnt available
so i use that instead of fresh, that could cause the problem
i would like to thank all of you for your help and i will try and post to you different types of bread recipes,
i have to type them down first, because they are in books
