yes alot of benefits of honey, but how about cinnamon?
i put it in almost everything from stews to tea, not juice hehehe

well sister
try cinnamon in your tea ,just tea without milk or with milk ( i prefer it without when i use lots of cinnamon), you wil never take tea again without cinnamon.
