You just need to tick a little box when you're opening a new thread, just scroll down you should see it, and then you get to chose how many choices you want to have..pretty easy..

For example,
1) Yes, i agree
2) No , i disagree
3) Im confused

Polls seem a bit backwards the way they work, so it is easy to get confused with them.
