i am a christian.. and want to know more about islam.. i hope to hear from some converts who could tell me more about the reason you embrace islam.. im very interested to know more.

The number one reason is that I never believed in the trinity. It never made any sense to me and my parents couldn't explain it and my minister couldn't explain it and even when I went to ask a priest since my dad was Catholic..he couldn't explain it either. I thought I was the only person in the world who believed in God and still accepted Jesus but rejected the trinity idea. When I read it in the Quran and realized that 1 billion people agreed with me..I was blown away.

Why should I pray to Jesus (pbuh) to get salvation from God?
In Islam, it's a one-on-one connection, not going through different steps in order to get His attention. If Jesus was God, then why did he pray to God and tell us to pray to God and not worship other gods?

God has no son, children, no mother, nada! One and Only Most Powerful Lord Allah (SWT)! I converted @ 15 and I'm 17 (almost 18) I love Islam, when I need help I know who to call on-Allah(swt)-no one esle alhamdulillah!:ma:
