Moroccan Tea

Ingredients:

4 tsp. green tea

1/2 cup sugar

1-1/4 cup firmly packed fresh spearmint leaves

4 cups boiling water

Method:

1. Rinse a 4-cup teapot with boiling water

2. Cover with the boiling water

3. Allow tea to steep at least 3 minutes

4. Stir slightly and correct for sweetness

Just would like to add get the chinesse gunpowder green tea or you can find in arabic shops its called Alwazah Tea its simular to the chinese gunpower tea.

I'm used to take 4 tsp of sugar and just 1 tsp of the tea, hehe. Otherwise it's going to become very dark, and it then has a weird taste.


But yes, a very nice tea! :D
