Does Purple and Turtle rhyme?

I say it does, others say it doesn't. Depending on this, my perception of rhyming may be altered.

What categorizes as a rhyme, and what is the weirdest pair of rhyming words anyones come across?

Make a Poem with both Purple and Turtle in it, afterwards you can suggest two words ... hmmm... doesn't need to rhyme, which the next person can make a poem out of.

Most people might not like this though, I find it fun and challenging sometimes. :)

Last time I wrote a poem, it was way back in 1996, when I was in Class 6. It was so bad, the whole class started to laugh.

they soo do not rhyme!
the last syllables have to the same sound for it to rhyme and in this case they don't
i guess its because i don't really pronounce 'l' in turtle so it becomes 'du..' vs. 'pl' don't rhyme
but i just noticed if you pronunciate both words then they do.

i gotta a big fat dinosoar that is purpul,
a pet anaconda anda green turtul.

SO anyways, did it and done! whew. I actually had more too it in my head and was going to make the boy more physched out, (course it's a boy) but didn't have time, or rhyming skills. and the last mother part sounds weird, but it was fun.

So now what do we do? How about change the objective of the game, where someone gives a word and you find as many as you can to rhyme with it.
