Assalam Aliekum - Here you go! I think if you search Google for this recipe, on the website it gives a short video showing how to do some of the steps, if you need assistance.

Homemade MarshmallowsRecipe created by Martha StewartFrom the show Recipes to Rememberhttp://images.oprah.com/images/head_line.gif Nothing goes better with hot cocoa or Martha's white hot chocolate than homemade marshmallows! INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
Confectioners' sugar (for dusting) Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup cold water in the bowl of an electric mixer with whisk attachment. Let it stand 30 minutes.

Combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, salt and 1/2 cup of water in a small heavy saucepan; place over low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Wash down sides of pan with a wet pastry brush to dissolve sugar crystals.

Clip on a candy thermometer; raise heat to high. Cook syrup without stirring until it reaches 244 degrees (firm-ball stage). Immediately remove pan from heat.

With mixer on low speed, slowly and carefully pour syrup into the softened gelatin. Increase speed to high; beat until mixture is very thick and white and has almost tripled in volume, about 15 minutes. Add vanilla; beat to incorporate.

Generously dust an 8 x 12-inch glass baking pan with confectioners' sugar. Pour marshmallow mixture into pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar; let stand overnight, uncovered, to dry out. http://harpo.122.2o7.net/b/ss/harpocom/1/H.2-pdv-2/s26645987169138?[AQB]&ndh=1&t=1/5/2007%2011%3A36%3A12%205%20-180&ns=harpo&pageName=foodhome/food/recipes/print/food_print_20020726_marshmallow.jhtml&g=http%3A//www.oprah.com/foodhome/food/recipes/print/food_print_20020726_marshmallow.jhtml&r=http%3A//www.oprah.com/foodhome/food/recipes/food_20020726_marshmallow.jhtml&cc=USD&ch=foodhome&server=www.oprah.com&h1=www.oprah.com/foodhome/food/recipes/print&pid=foodhome/food/recipes/food_20020726_marshmallow.jhtml&pidt=1&oid=http%3A//www.oprah.com/foodhome/food/recipes/print/food_print_20020726_marshmallow.jhtml&ot=A&oi=206&s=1280x800&c=32&j=1.3&v=Y&k=Y&bw=630&bh=416&ct=lan&hp=N&[AQE]

Assalam aliekum

I know that here in Kuwait, there is a special committee/government agency that checks all products and we are "assured" by the government that everything sold in the grocery stores here is pork-free. There are some types of gelatin sold here - as I mentioned before the "Tang" brand gelatin is officially pork-free - I have a letter from the company and it is distributed from Saudi Arabia.

That said, I don't know specific details about unflavored gelatin (I don't know if the Tang barnd has an unflavored option). I simply use the Tang brand, and if I were going to make the marshmallows myself, I would probably have colored/flavored ones because I would used the flavored Tang anyway! I used the flavored Tang to make my special popcorn balls too!
