Oh my God, there's a coca cola sign next to the Jamra! (the red sign has coca cola written in arabice on it). I would have stoned it as well! lol.

صورا عن حج سنة 1372هـ

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


أظهرت مجلة الجغرافيا العالميه الذي صدر في شهر يوليو 1953م صورا عن حج سنة 1372هـ بعدسة طالب مسلم اسمه عبد الغفور شيخ يعمل مع والده في جنوب أفريقيا, اصله من باكستان ارسله لدراسة أدارة الأعمال في جامعة هارفارد الأمريكيه، وقد ذهب الى مقر ادارة المجله في العاصمه واشنطن وأخبرها بعزمه على الذهاب الى مكه لأداء فريضة الحج السنة التاليه وتصوير الحج لطبعها في عدد من أعداد المجله وتعريف العالم الغربي بشعائر الأسلام المقدسه واعطته المجله كاميرتين صغيرتين ملونه وعاد بصور فوق العاده، عرضت في ذلك العدد ......

ولمحبي الصور القديمه وليرى الكثير كيف كان الحال والحج حينذاك والتغيير الهائل الحاصل الآن لأزدياد عدد الحجاج اليكم هذة الصور التي اتمنى ان تجدوا فيها المتعه والأثاره .
