Ok,

u ready

Take some water put it in a pot put some flour and stir it. Put it on the stove and let it boil while u stir. Add a little salt. When it boils ( u will see bubbles) take a mihwash and turn it. add more flour till there isnt water left. and keep turning.

keep adding water once in a while and thats it.

Its a yemeni thing so i dont know if any one else who isnt yemeni will understand it!!!!LOL

I asked a muslim brother who is from yemen. He does not know how to cook it, but he loves it.
I hope I will try that Insha Allah soon.
