Basterma, Help!!

My mom got me some Basterma but i don't know what to do with it, do you fry it or what? do u make a sandwich out of it? & what do u eat it with?

Basterma should be sliced very thin. Yes it can be eaten as a sandwich meat. Traditionally, it is eaten with eggs for breakfast. Take the sliced meat and slice it into even smaller pieces. In a sauce pan use butter or ghee (medium high heat) then add basterma stir and then add eggs, scramble together and serve hot. Enjoy!:wasalam:
